To ensure that teachers receive timely and efficient support throughout the registration process, the Jamaica Teaching Council (JTC) has assigned Registration Officers to each All regional offices. These officers are responsible for:
- Assisting teachers with any challenges encountered during the registration process.
- Processing teacher registration applications.
- Providing evidence of registration upon successful completion of the registration process.
- Responding to registration-related enquiries and offering guidance throughout the application process.
In addition to direct support from Registration Officers, teachers may also access the Live Chat feature available on the Teacher Management Information System (TMIS) for real-time assistance.
